Consultation
During your prenatal appointments with your doula we will help you create a personalized birth plan that focuses on the things that are important to you.
These plans will be read and deferred to by your medical birth team. Within this package, you will receive unlimited telephone, email, and texting support to prepare you to birth your little legacy!
Labor & Delivery
Our objective is to provide information, emotional and physical support during your contracted (12) hours of face-to-face labor support.
This package includes:
- (1) hour lactation virtual consult or (1) hour prenatal massage
- (1) hour birth photography or Nutrition and Fitness Plan + Coaching
- (1) Postpartum follow-up visit
- Complimentary gift
How It Works

Describe your ideal birthing scenario and we will pair you with a doula.
3. Have your prenatal visit
We'll prepare a birthing plan for you to review and approve.
4. Labor & Delivery
You will have your doula for up to 12 hours of labor and delivery.
