During your prenatal appointments with your doula we will empower you with information to advocate for your birthing rights, prepare you for your birth and encourage you to ask the right questions at doctor appointments and even during labor. Nothing is more satisfying than making informed choices for yourself and your family.
Within this package, you will receive unlimited telephone, email, and texting support to prepare you to birth your little legacy!
Labor & Delivery
Here you will receive (12) contracted hours of face-to-face support.
This package includes:
- (1) hour prenatal massage
- (1) hour lactation virtual consult
- Nutrition and fitness plan + coaching or (1) hour birth photography
- (1) postpartum follow-up visit

How It Works

We'll prepare a birthing plan for you to review and approve.
4. Labor & Delivery
